How we use analytics

PostHog

Website analytics

We measure public pages visited, selected button clicks, and whether a contact form was started or successfully submitted. This helps us improve our pages and understand which sources lead to enquiries.

When permitted, we use a random browser identifier, a session identifier, a broad device category, and an approved source or campaign category. The analytics events exclude contact-form contents, names, email addresses, and unrestricted URL parameters.

PostHog privacy information

We use pseudonymous browser records for website measurement. We do not send contact-form contents to PostHog.

Your privacy choices

We use approximate location to apply privacy settings. You can change your choices above at any time. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we turn analytics off.

Information & storage

Cookies and preferences

We remember your choices in a first-party preference cookie for up to 180 days. Permitted analytics uses browser storage for its identifiers and approved attribution. Consent records contain a random receipt reference, your analytics choice, time, and notice version, and are scheduled for deletion after 18 months.

The older Do Not Track browser signal does not automatically change these settings. You can turn analytics off using the control above.

Contacting Pike

Pike is operated by Pike Partners LLC. Use our contact form for questions or privacy requests.

When you send our contact form, we use the details you provide—such as your name, work email, website, and message—to respond to your enquiry. Hosting, database, and email providers help us deliver the site and handle these requests.

Providers and retention

Service providers receive network and device information needed to deliver their services. PostHog may process information in countries other than yours under its applicable terms. Its privacy information explains its processing and safeguards.

PostHog analytics traffic passes through Cloudflare, PostHog’s infrastructure subprocessor, using our analytics endpoint. Cloudflare may process this traffic in different countries.

Turning collection off does not erase existing records. PostHog Free’s one-year reporting window is not a promise that records are automatically deleted after a year. Contact us for retention information or to request deletion of information associated with your visit.

Questions or a deletion request?

Use our contact form for questions or privacy requests. If your settings show a browser reference, include it so we can locate the relevant analytics records. You can ask about access, correction, deletion, or an objection to our use of your information.

Save your browser reference before turning analytics off. We may need enough information to verify a request. The browser control above stops future analytics collection by this site.
